1. Booking

1.1 All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

1.2. To guarantee your reservation, we may require credit card information or a deposit.

2. Rates and payments

2.1. Rates are quoted in local currency (THB) and may be subject to taxes and surcharges.

2.2. Cash payment can be made in THB or EUR at our establishment.

2.3 All meals and drinks in the restaurant and bar are subject to additional charges and will be invoiced separately.

3. Cancellations and Changes

3.1. Cancellations are non-refundable.

3.2. Modifications must be made 1 month prior to arrival.

4. Arrival and Departure

4.1. Check-in is generally available from 14:00 local time.

4.2. Check-out must be before 11:00 am local time.

5. Children and extra beds

5.1. Policies on children and extra beds vary according to room type and are available on request.

7. Customer responsibilities

7.1. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.

8. No-Smoking Policy

8.1. The rooms and restaurant are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violation of this policy.

10. Responsibility of Hotel Tropical Village Resort “Le Bon Repos”

10.1. The hotel, restaurant and bar are not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of guests’ personal belongings.

10.2. The hotel, restaurant and bar reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who disturbs the peace and quiet of other guests or violates our policies.

11. Modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

11.1. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on our website and will come into effect as soon as they are published.
