1.2. To guarantee your reservation, we may require credit card information or a deposit.<\/p>\n

2. Rates and payments<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.1. Rates are quoted in local currency (THB) and may be subject to taxes and surcharges.<\/p>\n

2.2. Cash payment can be made in THB or EUR at our establishment.<\/p>\n

2.3 All meals and drinks in the restaurant and bar are subject to additional charges and will be invoiced separately.<\/p>\n

3. Cancellations and Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.1. Cancellations are non-refundable.<\/p>\n

3.2. Modifications must be made 1 month prior to arrival.<\/p>\n

4. Arrival and Departure<\/strong><\/p>\n

4.1. Check-in is generally available from 14:00 local time.<\/p>\n

4.2. Check-out must be before 11:00 am local time.<\/p>\n

5.1. Policies on children and extra beds vary according to room type and are available on request.<\/p>\n

7. Customer responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

7.1. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.<\/p>\n

8. No-Smoking Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

8.1. The rooms and restaurant are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violation of this policy.<\/p>\n

9. Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

9.1. Personal information provided by customers will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.<\/p>\n

10. Responsibility of Hotel Tropical Village Resort “Le Bon Repos”<\/strong><\/p>\n

10.1. The hotel, restaurant and bar are not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of guests’ personal belongings.<\/p>\n

10.2. The hotel, restaurant and bar reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who disturbs the peace and quiet of other guests or violates our policies.<\/p>\n
